02 Quotes and proposals
Prices on this website are starting prices. A project begins only after both parties accept a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, timeline and fees.
03 Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the client owns the final code and designs created for them once all invoices are paid. Our reusable frameworks, tools and products remain ours and are licensed to the client.
04 Client responsibilities
Clients provide timely content, feedback and access needed for the project. Delays in these can move the agreed timeline.
05 Limitation of liability
We take great care with our work but are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
06 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in West Bengal have jurisdiction over any dispute.
