01 Project payments
Projects are billed in milestones. Payments for milestones that have been delivered and approved are not refundable.
02 Cancellation
If you cancel a project, you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any advance paid for work not yet started is refunded within 15 working days.
03 Subscriptions & care plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded.
04 Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, licences and other third-party fees paid on your behalf are not refundable once purchased.
